Face yoga is a holistic practice that aims to enhance both our inner and outer beauty and it involves:
✦ FACE MUSCLES EXERCISES where some exercises aims to reinforce, lift and tone the muscles creating resistance. This will also lift the skin attached to the muscles smoothing the wrinkles. Meet Nicole Your Instructor
Born and raised in Tuscany, Italy, I have always been passionate about nature, holistic wellness, natural skincare and aromatherapy. After working in various sectors and running a holistic spa in London, I discovered Face Yoga, which became the missing piece in my wellness journey.
Now in my 40s and as a Certified Face Yoga Teacher, I strongly believe that this practice empowers individuals to take daily care of their skin and overall well-being. Through Face Yoga, I teach techniques that not only rejuvenate the face but also promote relaxation and self-care.
