STARTING POINT ITALY
I was born in 1983 in a small village in the upper part of Tuscany in Italy. Nestled between majestic mountains and the soothing sea. I grow up cultivating a profound appreciation for nature wonders and I inherited from my family a deep-seated passion for natural remedies and holistic wellness.
But as a teenager I wanted also travel the world ... so at the University I graduated in Languages and I start to work first in the tourism sector and then in the export department of a local company. (In the free time I was creating simple beauty products and remedies for friends and family and informing myself about the
the natural "green" cosmetics movement that was spreading at that time).
But life try always to bring you back to right path...
LET'S MOVE TO LONDON
Working in the import and export field, I embarked on a professional journey that seemed distant from my childhood aspirations.
But luckily the undercurrent of my passion for natural remedies and skincare never waned and silently guiding me towards a destined encounter that would alter my trajectory forever!
It was the fortuitous meeting with my partner, James, that catalysed a pivotal shift in my life. With unwavering belief and support, he encouraged me to heed the whispers of my heart and pursue my long-dormant passion for skincare and wellness. Together, we embarked on a journey of discovery, delving deep into the world of Essential oils, Aromatherapy and Holistic Skincare.
We learned how to produce our own Essential Oils and we did amazing and funny distillation together.
We decided to move to Uk and for 8 enriching years in London I honed my skills and expertise, channeling my passion into tangible endeavours. From importing skincare products for a renowned Italian holistic brand to curating our Boutique & Spa where we were providing beauty treatments based on Ayurvedic wisdom.

UNEXPECTED RETURN TO ITALY
However life can be surprising and the onset of the 2020 pandemic brought about unforeseen changes... we had to close our shop and we passed a really difficult moment that brought us to took the hard decision to go back to Italy and be with our families.
It was very difficult to restart and let go the beautiful life I had in London, I was used to receive beauty treatments and meet a lot of people and talk a lot about skincare products and wellness. My all beautiful world changed.
But if every problem can be a lesson or a reason for change I was super lucky because it was during this period of introspection that I stumbled upon my new approach to beauty.
I was looking for a way to continue the beauty routines I had at my spa made not only of excellent natural products but also of facial massages that I received from my wonderful team and it was at this point that my research led me to discover the world of Face Yoga.
FACE YOGA & MORE JOURNEY
Through Face Yoga I understood that we can take care of ourselves every day without relying on someone else's expert hands only once in a while. Through Face Yoga exercises and massages we can rejuvenate our face but also bring profound well-being to our mind.
I believe that Face Yoga was the missing piece in my journey between Green skincare, Ayurveda and Aromatherapy and therefore I decided to embark on a professional path and become a Certified Face Yoga Teacher.
From here my new online path was born where I try with love and passion to convey my concept of beauty which is closely connected to that of well-being.
Of course there's nothing wrong with having imperfect skin or wrinkles, unless they make us feel uncomfortable or worse, if they mirror a bad lifestyle and emotional imbalances and we don’t feel good and we know that we can have a better version of ourselves.
